The Promise Program at the Armory Campus held graduation on June 24, 2016. Thirteen students graduated from Promise preschool. After a heartfelt welcome from Dr. Jean Jacobson, each student received a diploma from their classroom teacher. Closing remarks were made by Leslie Stephens, Family Support Specialist. Families and friends enjoyed a beautiful slideshow that highlighted the many milestones our graduates have made during their time at the Promise Program.
Dr. Jean Jacobson, Managing Director of Clinic and Educational Services says, “This is our 19th Promise Program graduation ceremony since we opened the program in 1997. Even after all of these years, we are always amazed at the accomplishments these young children are capable of making. It teaches you to never underestimate the power of a child’s determination to overcome hardship!”
Congratulations, graduates! We are so proud of each and every one of you!
